HandsOn River Region Disaster Services

Disaster Preparedness and Response

When a disaster strikes, your help is invaluable. You may be needed to clear debris, sort donations, make sandwiches, comfort victims, assist in the assignment of volunteers or answer phones. HandsOn River Region serves as a connection between volunteers and the people and places needing help. At the request of Emergency Managers, HandsOn will manage Volunteer Registration Centers (VRCs) in order to ensure volunteers are tasked and placed where they are needed most.
